Inclement Weather
Inclement weather for the following conditions include heavy or steady rain, winds in excess of 25MPH, and if the temperature is below 50 degrees. In the event inclement weather occurs prior to set up, the customer will have the option to reschedule. Once the unit has been set up there will be no refunds issued.

Bounce House Cancellation Policy
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. In the event of inclement weather prior to set up the customer will have the option to reschedule.

If the rental is cancelled within 24 hours of set up, the deposit is forfeited. If the customer cancels 48 hours prior to set up the option to reschedule within 60-90 days will be given AND a $75.00 deposit will be due upon the next appointment date.
Pricing
Payment and Deposits
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. The only time a deposit will be refunded is if the cancellation is made by JB’s Kickback or there is inclement weather prior to set up. Full payment is due one week before unit is installed.
